Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a flexible money-back guarantee based on your chosen subscription plan. If you are unsatisfied with the plugin or have encountered an unresolvable issue, you may be entitled to a refund.

  • For Monthly Subscriptions: You are entitled to request a refund within 14 days from the original purchase date.
  • For Yearly Subscriptions: You are entitled to request a refund within 30 days from the original purchase date.

After these respective periods have passed, no refunds shall be offered.

Before you request a refund, we encourage you to submit a support ticket and allow our team to help you solve the problem. We are committed to helping you get our plugins working as expected.

2. How to Request a Refund

In order to proceed with a refund claim, a clear and exact reason for the return is required. The refund process can be halted unless a precise justification is provided and any further instructions from our team are followed.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7 working days. During this time, we reserve the right to contact you for additional information concerning your claim. Once your request is approved, it will be processed by our payment partner (Stripe) and refunded automatically to your original method of payment. This may take an additional 5 to 10 working days to appear on your statement.

4. Refund Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in certain circumstances, including:

  • If the refund request concerns a plugin that was returned in the past and then re-purchased.
  • If the plugin grants the desired functionality as advertised.
  • If our support team developed an individual setup or customization for you as part of the technical support provided.
  • If a Stripe dispute is initiated without prior contact with us to request a refund, and the dispute is subsequently resolved in our favor. The disputed amount will not be refunded due to the time, effort, and costs associated with handling the dispute.
5. Refunds on Subscription Renewals

Please note that no refunds shall be granted on subscription renewals. We send renewal reminders via email before the renewal date to ensure you have time to manage your subscription.

You may easily cancel your yearly subscription at any time before its auto-renewal deadline directly from your My Account page. If you choose to cancel, your subscription will expire one year from the original purchase date, and you will no longer receive plugin updates or support.

6. Subscription Upgrades

We provide customers with the option to upgrade their subscriptions (e.g., from a single site to a bundle plan). Upgrading to a new plan may involve a new charge and the cancellation of your previous subscription.

By opting to upgrade, you acknowledge and agree that the subscription upgrade charge is non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully consider your subscription upgrade before proceeding.
